Why do I have to speak to someone to get a decision?

Your application gives us an idea of what you require but we like to talk you about the finance option we’ve found for you. The call will typically take five minutes and gives us the chance to answer any questions you may have, explain the finance option in detail or look for alternatives if this one doesn’t meet your exact requirements. At the end of the call, you can start looking for that new car or tell us about one you’ve already found.
