What support is available to help people who may need it through the car finance journey?
We want to ensure that every customer dealing with Zuto feels comfortable and supported, no matter your circumstances.
If you have any challenges that may impact your ability to complete the finance journey, or feel that you may need additional support, please let your car buying expert know as soon as possible during the financing process. We will be able to assist you through the process and advise what additional support is available. For example, if you are hard of hearing we can make use of Text Relay and provide written documentation.
