Another win for Zuto!
Zuto wins the Best Car Finance Provider at the Credit Strategy Awards
Zuto are very proud to announce that we’ve won another award. We beat the competition to scoop the Best Car Finance Provider in the broker category at the 2016 Credit Strategy Awards. So, we thought this would be a good opportunity to give you a little insight into how Zuto works.
“Better way thinking”
We have a very clear mission here at Zuto – to make things better. ‘Better way thinking’ runs through the very heart of our business, and basically makes everyone at Zuto ask themselves the question – Is there a better way?
Why? Because, as our CEO James would say, “If there is, we’ll find and use it.” We believe ‘Better way thinking’ can apply to absolutely everything we do – from the first time you visit our website – to picking up the car from the dealer. And, if we’re honest about it, there’s always a better way of doing things. Even if it’s just the smallest tweak to our application form, if it makes your experience with Zuto all the better, we’ll do it!
But doing something because we think it’s what our customers and staff want is one thing. Finding out if it’s really what they want is another, and involves us doing a lot of this...
Listening
Listening to and, crucially, acting on feedback from the most important people to our company:
- our lovely customers – you can leave feedback for us on Trustpilot, and tell us what you think on Twitter @zuto and Facebook too.
- our committed Zutonites – it’s just as important to listen to our staff, as it is to listen to our customers. We give our people lots ways to feedback to us, telling us what they want to be happy in their job. This is because we firmly believe that happy staff, means happy customers.
And it seems to be working, judging by the recent feedback we’ve received – just take a look at our customer review page. If you’d like to see what kind of feedback people leave for us on other independent review sites, here’s our Trustpilot page, where we currently score 9.3 out of 10, and our Feefo page, where we’re rated as excellent with a 98% positive service rating. So, while we’re really happy with the way things are going, we’ve still got room for improvement – we’re aiming for 100%.
If reading about Zuto life has made you want to explore becoming a Zutonite – you’re in luck, we’re hiring! Get yourself over to our Careers page for more information.
